Lavina Esther Smith passed away in Red Deer on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the age of 83 years. She was born in Eatonia, Saskatchewan on November 19, 1929. Lavina is survived by her daughters, Myrna Klepach and Lauren Harper, five grandchildren and a great grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas Ralph Smith and her son Burl Edward Smith. Lavina was an artist at heart, an enthusiastic traveler and a spirited story teller. Lavina will be laid to rest in Alto Reste Cemetery, Red Deer, Alberta.
