SWEET MEMORIES Thank God for our memories....this means Carol will never be taken away from us...I have so many memories of some really great fun from our 40+ years...I remember Carol spray painting the fence white...on a windy day. Carol was really white; the fence, not so much! I remember Carol having trouble with a Christmas Tree...it kept wanting to fall over - she nailed the stand to the floor - right through the carpet! Ha ha ha! I remember so many afternoons after school sitting on the front step with Carol....I remember the great gardens she'd plant and then how she'd curse all the weeds and telling me how she had to convince Herman to put in a swimming pool back there. Weed problem solved! I remember her acrylic nail years...I'd let her do mine for practice, pick them all off and then let her do them again! I remember spending countless afternoons and evenings with all her Artex and then all her Decoupage supplies...I remember camping at Gull Lake and learning how to water ski....I remember helping her with the kids while she sorted laundry in a mad panic before Herman got home from work! I remember going to Las Vegas and seeing a Cirque De Soleil show and coming out of it with Carol asking "What the H*#! was that supposed to be about?" I remember going to Toronto and her & I stopping the limo, rolling up our pants and running through a fountain! We thought it was hilarious at the time....I could go on and on....suffice it to say, I will remember Carol always and I will always be particularly fond of those first early years when we were young and foolish and had so much fun together. xoxo Jackie
