The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Daniel Dugas can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

My tribute to a wonderful boss and a great friend. I will miss him dearly! DAN THE MAN July 13, a very sad day indeed The world lost a very wonderful man Not known by everyone but loved by many Sadly we lost a man named Dan Perfect by no means he’d be the first to say But a heart of gold and a caring hand A twinkle in his eye with a smile so bright His awesome wit would absolutely make your day Oh sure he had quirks well then who doesn’t A temper that flared by things he saw wrong But a compliment sincere when he saw right He was honest, upfront , truthful and alright A passion for the business and the mind so clear He knew what he wanted and guided the way A man with much knowledge that he wanted to share You were a fool not to listen to the words he did say Certainly you could disagree and sometimes you would He’d listen and chat and let you discuss Provide him with facts and the information to back He might change his mind but only because he could He was a boss to most yet a friend to many He could be stern one day and a joker the next Work was important and hours he would work You would hear from him at all hours by bbm or text A very proud and happy family man His kids came first , family life number one Family is important he always would say His joy and his pride were his 2 daughters and son It’s not often we come across someone like Dan They are so far and so few and rarely are found We will all cherish the time we have had with him And feel blessed and so lucky to have known the man Oh July 13 was a sad day indeed A day that we will all remember forever The world lost a truly wonderful man And…………..we…………..lost…………Dan!
