Jacqueline Deborah "Jacquie"  Braun
Jacqueline Deborah ‘Jacquie’ Braun, beloved spouse of Sean Chambers of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away at home after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at the age of 60 years. Jacquie was born on July 6, 1953 at Calgary, Alberta and moved to the Vancouver, British Columbia Area at the age of eleven years. Eventually, Jacquie returned to Alberta, where she resided in Calgary and also Alix, Alberta; finally settling in Red Deer, where she met the love of her life, Sean Chambers. Jacquie and Sean began a wonderful and loving life together. Jacquie had a heart of gold and treasured her family. She was the happiest when she was surrounded by her beloved cats, birds or any other creature that may have wandered into their yard. Jacquie worked for many years at Fabricland in Red Deer, where she fulfilled her love of sewing and working with fabrics, earning her 10 Year Pin. Jacquie will be lovingly remembered and forever cherished by her spouse, Sean Chambers and her loving daughter, Andrea (Jason) Davis, all of Red Deer. She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Megan and Ryan and one great grandchild, Evelyn; her brothers, Darryll (Carmen) Braun of Langley, British Columbia and Ken (Penny) Braun of Mission, British Columbia; sisters, Karen (Winston) Conyers of Hazelmere, British Columbia and Sandra Newcombe of White Rock, British Columbia, as well as her nieces and nephews, Jordan, Brianna, Brent, Courtenay, Rick and Amber; and also aunts, uncles and cousins. Jacquie was predeceased by her parents, Margaret and Jacob Braun. A Funeral Service will be held at a later date. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
