Mrs. Willy Rowe passed away peacefully at The Hamlets, Red Deer on Monday, January 30, 2023 at the age of 81 years. Willy will be lovingly remembered by her son, Philip (Melanie) Rowe, her daughter, Cathy (Mike) Rigby, her five grandchildren, and her thirteen great grandchildren. Willy was predeceased by her loving husband of fifty-nine years, Ernest “Ernie” Rowe, along with her partner, Jim Fisher.
