It is with profound sadness the family of Shauna Lynn Cingel (nee Zesko) announces her passing on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the age of 43 years. Shauna was born on September 30, 1977 and raised in Red Deer; where she met her love, Scott and had three beautiful children. The joy Shauna felt in being a mom shone in her eyes. She was an amazing mom with a heart full of love. Shauna received a Diploma in Rehabilitation, and worked as an Educational Assistant. Shauna was delighted to work in a field where she was able to help and give to others. She had a love for music and attended many gigs. Shauna had a passion for running, and accomplished numerous marathons. She enjoyed reading crime novels, loved spending time camping and basking in the sunshine. Her love for life showed in her connection with family, and her wide circle of friends. She was always planning the next get together, and was always there to listen and support her people. The joy Shauna spread with her infectious laugh, and Shauna size hugs, will not be forgotten. Shauna will be truly missed by her loving husband, Scott and her children, Kayla, Carter and Caemyn. She will also be deeply missed by her parents, Anita and Dave; her sister, Sandra (Terry); her niece and nephew, Kaleigh and Tanner; and her father and mother in-law, Larry and Diane Cingel; as well as all her extended family and friends. Shauna was predeceased by a brother, Andrew. Shauna you will be loved and missed by many!
