Mr. Leszek “Les” Pieniazek Passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the age of 67. Les was born in Gdansk, Poland where he met and later married his cherished wife Gosia. At the age of 29 he and his wife decided to move to Canada where they settled in Red Deer Alberta. Les was employed at the Westerner Park as a part of the ice maintenance crew, he worked there until his retirement. Les always had a love for hockey and he treasured his time at the Westerner Park. Les will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Gosia, His brother Andrew, Sister in law Gosia, brother in law Slavik and all those who knew him.
