Obituary for Inge Lore Hullmann

HULLMANN, Inge Lore
1929 – 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mrs. Inge Lore Hullmann at her home, at Timberstone Mews, Red Deer, Alberta on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at the age of 91 years. Inge Lore was born to Erich and Kaete Dyck on April 19, 1929 at Brodsack, Germany. She married her beloved Arno Hullmann on August 4, 1951 in Germany. The couple immigrated to Canada in 1953, moving to Coaldale, Alberta, and later settling into their home in Calgary, Alberta, where they welcomed three sons. In April of 1962, the family purchased the farm near Duchess, Alberta; which became their new home and work place. Inge Lore loved the new challenges, church and community. She lovingly devoted most of her time and energy as a caregiver, and hostess to her many family and friends. After forty years on the farm, Inge Lore and Arno purchased and enjoyed their new home and garden, retiring in Brooks, Alberta. Together, they moved to Red Deer in August of 2012, to be closer to their family. Inge Lore was a loving and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, oma and friend. You never heard her complain. Inge Lore will always be missed and never forgotten. Inge Lore will be very lovingly remembered by her sons, Bernd (Connie) Hullmann of Falun, Alberta, Dirk (Charlotte) Hullmann of Erskine, Alberta, and Arnold (Rhonda) Hullmann of Wetaskiwin, Alberta; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She will also be sadly missed by her sister Renate Doerr of Calgary and her sister-in-law, Marie Louise Dyck of Lethbridge. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Arno, her mother, her father, a brother and a sister. The viewing will be held on Saturday May 23, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Parkland Funeral Home. The family hopes that you will join them for a Funeral Service for Inge Lore Hullmann, once the date has been determined. If desired, Memorial Donations in Inge Lore’s honor may be made directly to the Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 18 Selkirk Blvd., Red Deer, Alberta, T4N 0G2.
