Obituary for Henrietta Mary Miller (Beilman)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Henrietta Mary Miller, surrounded by her family, at Villa Marie, Red Deer on Friday, December 6, 2019 at the age of 88 years. Henrietta was born, Henrietta Mary Beilman on October 28, 1931 in Macklin, Saskatchewan. She was raised on the family farm at Grosswerder, Saksatchewan. There, Henrietta attended the Palm School. As a young woman, she moved to Banff, Alberta; where she met her future husband and the love of her life, John Miller. Together, the couple started a family, having six children. Her greatest pride and joy, were her grandchildren and great grandchildren. There are many memories of Henrietta that we will cherish in her absence, but most of all, we will remember her kindness to all she came across. Henrietta will be lovingly missed by her six children; daughters, Judy Poor and Valerie Miller; sons, Robert (Karen) Miller, Tom Miller, Andy (Marnie) Miller and Fred Miller (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Michael (Vanessa), Jennifer (Jesse), Stephanie (Kyle), Ashley, Amy and John; and her great grandchildren, Joe, Ben, Lilly and their mother, Rhonda, Olivia and two more on the way. She will also be deeply missed by her sister, Valeria and her brother, Victor; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Henrietta was predeceased by her loving husband, John Miller; three sisters, Margaret, Katie and Hildegard; a brother, Joe and a son-in-law, Morris Poor. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 5508 – 48A Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with The Reverend Father Jan Sobkowicz Celebrant.
