1938 - 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Evelyth 'Jean' Luft at the Red Deer Reginal Heath Centre on Thursday, July 28,2022. Jean was born in Didsbury, Alberta and spent her younger years on the farm with her parents and four siblings. She developed a love of animals and gardening that continued throughout her life. Jean was always happiest to be busy and, on the go, shopping, crafting, singing, dancing. Thank you to all who cared for Jean during her days at Michener Center, the various group homes and most recently with CARS/ETANA. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her brother Lavern, and numerous nieces and nephews. Jean was predeceased by her parents (Henry & Lena),sister (Marion), brothers (Clarence & Allan).
