Obituary for Beatrice Marie Belliveau (Carriere)

BELLIVEAU, Beatrice
1934 – 2022

Beatrice Marie Belliveau of Red Deer, Alberta passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Monday, October 24, 2022 at the age of 88 years. Beatrice was born on May 25, 1934 in St. Norbert, Manitoba and was raised in St. Adolphe, Manitoba. Beatrice met the love of her life, Albert in Winnipeg, Manitoba and the couple married in Edmonton, Alberta on November 22, 1959. Beatrice joined Albert on his military posting in Metz, France, Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Penhold, Alberta, St. Hubert, Quebec and finally Red Deer, Alberta. She worked as a cook in Ninette Sanatorium and St. Boniface Hospital in Manitoba, and Woodwards Store in Red Deer. Beatrice will always be remembered for her strong connection to her family. Beatrice will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Paul (Doreen) Belliveau of Red Deer, Alberta, Denis (Marlene) Belliveau of Regina, Saskatchewan, Marcel Belliveau of Duncan, British Columbia, and Serge (Amanda) Belliveau of Red Deer, Alberta, her daughters, Lynn Belliveau of Calgary, Alberta, and Chantal (Trevor) May of Calgary, Alberta, her eleven grandchildren, her one great grandchild and her sister, Edna Carriere of St. Vital, Manitoba. Beatrice was predeceased by her husband, Albert Belliveau, a sister, Cyprienne Pelletier, her brother, Raoul Carriere, her father, Harold Carriere, and her mother, Marie Louise Carriere.
