Bea was a lovely caring person. I knew her when we both worked at Red Deer College. And recently we met at different community events. I am so sorry to hear of her passing.

There is a hole in the world and a huge hole in the hearts of Bea's many friends. Simply put, Bea was a treasure. I cherish the memories we have shared and am honoured to have been one of her friend's since 1975.
Bea, you will always be missed and forever loved. Warm thoughts to her family and all her many friends.

Bea has been a good friend to me in recent years. She gave me moral support when I was a caregiver for my husband and we shopped together for locally-grown vegetables. At one point she encouraged me to look for a winter home in White Rock and her brother Luc gave me a delightful tour of his city. More recently, she has encouraged my blog-writing and laughed at my jokes. I am very saddened to have lost her as a friend. My condolences to the family and to her many friends. She has gone too soon.

I worked with Bea at Red Deer College and found her to be a kind and gentle person who was very articulate and thoughtful in her communication. She was a wonderful person and a committed member of our Support Staff Association. Sincere condolences to her family. Joanne Premak

Bea and I spent many hours trying to sort through the mysteries of the Tai Chi transaction forms. I enjoyed her quiet and self-deprecating sense of humor. Listening to my frustrations over one of the many forms I was trying to puzzle out, Bea quipped in her usual accepting way, "mistakes will be made and some of them will be mine."
Her support of our Tai Chi community was very steadfast and more than generous. She volunteered on many committees for many of our events. She took care of the banking forms and deposits for as long as I can remember. Prior to my taking on data entry of contributions she was doing that as well. She did this all consistently and well, with no complaints, right up until she became ill.
It is not primarily for the work she did for our community that she will be missed, but for her quiet and gentle nature - her good humour. Because of her interest in everything and everyone, she was just good company. I will cherish having known Bea as a dear friend. Pat Anderson
