Mrs. Beverly Marie ‘Bev’ Gifford (nee. Thompson) passed away peacefully, after a short battle with cancer on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the age of 76 years. Bev will be lovingly remembered by her husband of thirty-four years, Fred; her son, Vernon Wilson (Lori); her stepchildren, Brenda Wallman (Eric), Derek, Trevor Gifford and Christine Williamson; and her grandchildren, Kayla, Jake, Shayla (Scott) and Samuel; as well as her great grandson, Mason. She will also be deeply missed by her very dear friend, Fran Elliott. A Celebration of Bev’s Life will be held at Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 – 67 A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
