Phyllis Rose Reinhart was born in Eagle Valley, Alberta to Lena and Nick Boychuk. Growing up with four sisters and seven brothers, family was Phyllis' greatest passion. She loved cooking for a houseful, and sitting around the table playing games and retelling stories from 'back on the farm'. Phyllis was extremely proud of her two children, Sherri and Jeff, cherished her life-long friendship with her devoted sister, Cindy, and took great joy in spoiling her partner in crime: her grandson, Hollen. Phyllis was a level-headed business owner, an extraordinary cook, and a light-hearted card shark. She spent her mornings swimming at Michener Pool, her afternoons at bridge clubs throughout the city, and was grateful for the friendships she built within those communities.
