It is with great sadness that the family of Joyce (Marie) Shinkaruk announces her sudden passing of natural causes on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, in Red Deer, Alberta at the age of 63 years. Joyce will be lovingly remembered by her mother Rose Shinkaruk, her siblings Anne Wesolowski, Carl (Bonnie), Olga (Guy) Kendry, Darlene (Chris) Driol, and Terry (Laurie). Joyce will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Joyce was predeceased by her father William Shinkaruk. Joyce's mantra was ''Joyce for Joy'', and her spirituality and personality radiated with that message. Her kind heart, gentle soul, and generous demeanor were felt by all that were privileged to have crossed her path. A celebration of Joyce’s life will be held at a later date.
