Our dear and beautiful daughter, Jessica Leigh Chapman of Red Deer, Alberta passed away in the presence of her loving and caring family, at Extendicare Michener Hill, Red Deer on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at the age of 43 years. Jessica will be forever cherished in the hearts of her mom, Barbara Chapman, her dad, Don Chapman, her sisters, Nikki (Greg) Valente-Gongaware and Charlotte (Rod) Huehn and her brothers, John Valente and Shane Valente. Jessica was predeceased by a brother, Micah Valente. A Celebration of Jessica's Life will be held at Extendicare Michener Hill, 12 Michener Road, Red Deer, Alberta on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta. If desired, Memorial Donations in Jessica's honor may be made directly to Extendicare Michener Hill, 12 Michener Road, Red Deer, Alberta, T4P 0M1.
