Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ellen Sherman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Ellen Cora Sherman (Hoover)
Mrs. Ellen Cora Sherman of Penhold, Alberta passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who loved her, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the age of 66 years. She will be forever remembered for her love of gardening and beautiful flowers. Her love for her husband, children, grandchildren, and two great grandchildren was unconditional. Ellen will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Charles Sherman of Penhold, Alberta; her son, Jason Lungle of Castor, Alberta and her daughter, Tina Lungle of Bawlf, Alberta; her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will also be sadly missed by her mother, Cora Hoover of Clairmont, Alberta; brothers, Brian Hoover of Beaverlodge, Alberta and Wesley Hoover of Sylvan Lake, Alberta; and her sisters, Brenda Krahn of Grande Prairie, Alberta, Beverly Calder of Fairview, Alberta, Darlene Hoover of Spirit River, Alberta, and Karrie Hoover of Pictou, Nova Scotia as well as many relatives and dear friends.
