Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jack Burrows can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Laura Freeman
Condolence: I just found out about Jack's passing and I wanted to say how sorry I am to his family and friends for their loss. Jack was a very bright and genuine person, he made me and my girls feel very welcome when we moved next door to them many years ago, (in Red Deer). He was so energetic, genuine, fun and true, his personality will always leave a lasting impression on us all. He was the only person I knew of that insured his cologne collection and he also mowed a mean lawn

Condolence: I worked with Jack at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton for a number of years. He was a gifted nurse and he often used his great sense of humour to diffuse a difficult situation on our unit. He was a leader but a team player too and he was a great asset to our team. I’ll miss him and his great laugh, his love of people in general, and his larger than life personality. He was liked and admired by a lot of staff from the housekeepers to the doctors. My deepest sympathies to his family in the loss of such a wonderful man—thank you for sharing him with us for a while. He was a lovely guy and I’ll miss him.
