Condolence: Our deepest sympathy to the family on your loss. Dr. Hart was a fantastic physician and a wonderful human being. Her talent as a doctor was a gift to us, and the time we got to spend with her meant more to us than we could ever express. She was one of a kind, and we'll miss her.

Condolence: My dear Pam, my deepest sympathy to you on the passing of you dear sister Meryl. It is so hard to grasp that she is really gone. I have such fund memories of her and your family. I was with you all when she started at UWI and watched as the upper classmen asked her about her major (I guess) and she said “doctor” they quickly corrected her. Your mom just watched and smiled. I remember her sharing how they were (the freshmen) awakened early in the mornings and had to walk for miles on the campus of UWI. (I guess that was hazing). Merly was a wonderful person. Generous to a fault. So gifted – she could knit, crochet, embroider, played on the tennis team, spoke French, and of course was an excellent medical doctor. I would reach out to her if I was concerned about my health or that of my parents and she always gave me wise counsel. I’m heartbroken that I didn’t come and visit with you both and that’s a lesson to me to follow the prodding of the heart. Please know that I love and care for you and though I was closest to Heather I consider you my sister. Number 6:24-26.

Condolence: Meryl was the brightest shooting star who ever lit my world. She is a tremendously gifted, intelligent and caring individual and incorporated this in to her medical practice every day. She saved my life in an emergent situation, simply by her thoughtful / caring attitude and her drive to find answers. Through her compassion, spunk, drive and determination, she truly went the extra mile to support all others she encountered. I rate her as simply the best physician and individual I have ever met and I will miss her greatly! Please know that my hand is on your back, supporting you during this extremely difficult time and grieving along with you. I will always remember her sense of humour, determination in the face of pain and compassion for others, even in the most difficult times. She will always be missed and I will always remember the great laughs we had together. I will always be thankful that she came in to my life and aspire to her example.
