It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Lowell Gilmour Coughlin of Red Deer, (formerly of Prince Edward Island) on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the age of 55 years. Lowell will be lovingly remembered by his step mother, Rose Coughlin and family, his brothers; Kenneth (Brenda), Everett (Cassandra) and Glen (Latoya); as well as his sisters; Jennifer Wade and Norma (Kevin) Simpson. He will also be sadly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. A Public Visitation will be held at Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 – 67A Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held at the People’s Cemetery in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, at a later date.
