The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Gordon Gale can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Kathy Murch
Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to Kathy and family. Gordon was an amazing man who touched the lives of many. I fondly remember him playing the guitar and him singing a great rendition of "Gloria". He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all that knew him.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to the whole Gale family. Gordon hired me at Bee and Bee plumbing when I was 18 years old. I am not sure what he thought of me when I first started but as the weeks past Gordon would encourage me to do something new that I most certainly had ever done. And it went on like this the whole time I worked for him. He believed in me more than I ever did or thought I could. He thought me more than anyone what real work ethic is. And I am forever greatful. There are many memories working for Gordon, but one I can still
Hear in my head. I would walk into the shop or I would be working out back and he would call out "Ambrosia"!! In some sort of thick accent. Lol would always make me smile. I will always remember Gordon took me for a ride in his plane, he seemed so proud and honoured to take me for a ride. May you rest now in peace Gordon. I am very sad to hear this. You will for forever be missed but never forgotten. Lots of love to all the family and Kathy always. Love Amber

Condolence: To all the family, and the many friends of Gordon Gale, it is with much sadness that I read of Gordon's passing. On the date in 1979 that the previous owner of B & B plumbing turned his shop over to Gordon, I was introduced to this fine gentleman,
and a gentleman he certainly was! I was employed with Northwestern Utilities, the natural gas company that served Rocky, Caroline, Eckville Benalto and numerous
rural customers in the area. In the coming many years that Gordon was operating his shop, I had many interactions with him, all good, all positive! As we both were
pilots, it was often a topic we shared many times. Not aware of his music, I was very startled to observe him sing Hank Snows classic, Ninety Miles a hour, while Hanks longtime steel player, Kayten Roberts backed him up. Gordon nailed it! I'll be looking for him the next times I'm flying high! I'm sure he's there ! So long friend!

Condolence: My sincerest condolences on the passing of Gordon. I was very sad to hear the news. Gordon was a wonderful "neighbor" when I owned the sign shop next to Bee and Bee. He was always very kind and friendly and a role model as a business owner. My thoughts are with you all.

Condolence: To the entire Gale Family,
Gordon was a very fine man who undoubtedly, over the course of his lifetime, made this world a better place. He was taken far too soon and we are very saddened over your loss. Hopefully, over time, the pain you now feel will be replaced by loving memories of happy times you shared together. We regret that we are unable to attend his service as we are out of the province. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.
Sincerely,
Ken & Bev Hubert
